Account Details
You must provide correct name, email, mobile number, and profile information. Your account access, email verification, and process status may depend on these details.
Verification Process
Based on the selected profile, you may be asked to submit resume, academic records, assessment exam, self introduction video, and interview details.
Documents And Media
Uploaded files and videos must belong to you and must not contain false, illegal, or misleading information. Admin may review, remove, or request a fresh submission if needed.
Communication
By signing up, you agree to receive account, verification, assignment, support, and profile-related communication by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Do not share login details, verification links, or one-time links with anyone else.
Fair Use
Do not misuse the platform, submit fake data, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with any candidate, staff, partner, agency, or admin workflow.
Privacy
Your information is used for candidate verification, profile processing, support, assignment, and reporting. Access is restricted by authorized roles.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest applicable terms.
Account Suspension or Closure
We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, impersonation, unlawful activity or platform misuse. You may request account deletion from our public Delete Account page.
Opportunities and Outcomes
Profiles, campaigns, training and interviews do not guarantee selection, employment, earnings or certification. Eligibility and final decisions may depend on the applicable organization and program rules.
Intellectual Property
TechMaa branding, platform design and original content may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
