Device and Usage Data
We may process device identifiers, app version, IP address, login activity, diagnostics and feature usage required for security, troubleshooting and service improvement.
How We Use Information
Information is used to create and secure accounts, verify candidates, process applications, manage campaigns and referrals, schedule calls or interviews, issue documents, provide support and send service notifications.
Permissions and Uploads
Camera, microphone, photos or file access is used only when you choose features such as document, certificate, image or video submission. You can manage device permissions in system settings.
Sharing
Relevant information may be shared with authorized TechMaa staff, assigned partners, institutes, agencies, employers or service providers only as needed for the selected service. We do not sell personal information.
Service Providers
Hosting, email, messaging, analytics, authentication and infrastructure providers may process limited information on our behalf under their security and confidentiality obligations.
