 Profile Overview & Internship Tracks Software Developer (Advanced) Internship :-As a Software Developer (Advanced) intern, you have the flexibility to choose between two professional tracks:1. IT-Focused Internship - Designed for candidates interested in building strong technical skills.- You will work on live IT projects to gain hands-on experience.- Digital Marketing tasks are optional in this track.Please note: This path does not offer a stipend during the learning phase. Stipends may be available from the second month based on your performance in client-based projects.2. Earning-Oriented Track (With Digital Marketing Add-On)- Includes additional Digital Marketing training and activities.- Offers opportunities for performance-based earnings alongside technical growth.- Recommended if you wish to gain cross-domain exposure and boost your chances of earning.> Note: If your goal is to earn through IT-related work only, please understand that the initial phase is learning-based. Stipends will be applicable only if you're assigned to paid, client-based projects (starting from the second month based on performance) or you can earn through Digital Marketing related tasks on initial basis as it's mandatory to work on all the assigned tasks.
